She’s a passionate winemaker, and he’s a former rugby player who has transitioned into the world of Champagne.
After playing rugby for more than 30 years and working as a salesman, Fabrice left everything behind when he was reunited with Élodie, his childhood sweetheart, to enter the Champagne sector. From this love was born Bulles & Bonheur, Champagne Bar and Restaurant, and La Demeure d’Élodie.
Élodie has been a Harvesting-Manipulating Winemaker for more than 25 years, following the 10 generations of her ancestors, who have been cultivating the vine since 1658.
During your stay at La Demeure, you can also enjoy our Champagne Bar and Restaurant on-site.
